Duilio Forte presenta la serie di sculture ispirate a Huginn e Muninn, i corvi di Odino della mitologia norrena i cui nomi significano “pensiero” e “memoria”. Il soggetto della mostra, in sintonia con il tema ArkiZoic, è il corvo, animale riflessivo e osservatore che in questa collezione diventa micro scultura, macro installazione o oggetto domestico.
Duilio Forte presents the series of sculptures inspired by Huginn and Muninn, the crows of Odin in Norse mythology, whose names mean “thought” and “memory”. The subject of the exhibition, related with the ArkiZoic theme, is the crow. The animal in this collection becomes micro sculpture, macro installation or domestic object.

L’immagine della sauna Huginn & Muninn costruita sui colli piacentini compare nel video di presentazione del nuovo iPhone 5. Apple e Dezeen avevano richiesto ad AtelierFORTE di poter inserire le immagini della sauna nell’home page creata ad hoc da Dezeen per eventuali utilizzi da parte di Apple in campagne di marketing.
The image of the sauna Huginn & Muninn built on the hills of Piacenza appears in the video presentation of the new iPhone 5. Apple and Dezeen had requested to AtelierFORTE to be able to put the pictures of the sauna in the ad hoc home page created by Dezeen for possible use by Apple in marketing campaigns.

Sleipnir Automatum
In occasione della X edizione di Stugaproject, il workshop di lavorazione in legno nelle foreste svedesi, è stata realizzata la 24° opera della serie Sleipnir dedicata al cavallo di Odino. Sleipnir Automatum è una scultura mobile alta 12 metri. La grande ruota di forma decagonale presente all’interno, se azionata, consente lo spostamento di tutta la struttura.
During the tenth edition of StugaProject, the workshop about wood construction in the Swedish forests, AtelierFORTE built the 24th item of the Sleipnir series dedicated to the Odin’s horse. Sleipnir Automatum is a 12 meters high mobile sculpture. The great decagonal wheel inside allows the movement of the whole structure.
